Our clean commercial kitchens are accessible 24/7 by digital locks. You will be assigned a digital key once your time slot is approved. The door is accessible electronically only during your allocated time period. The baking kitchen and cold prep area are semi private. The stations include the equipment under the large 30' hood. All kitchens include: an allocation of towels & cleaning supplies accessed electronically, use of the reach in cooler for the time booked, use of the 3 compartment sinks, commercial dishwasher, access to restroom, ice machine, daily lockers and free wi-fi. Locked dry and cold storage is available for rent. All Under hood cooking equipment is included and bookable by the hour. Small prep equipment is also reservable when booking your time slots...Robot Coupe, Hobart 20Qt Mixer, Kitchenaid mixer, countertop convection oven, slicer, immersion blender, food processor, etc.

Our Station 1 is 200sqft and is the only kitchen available for a Ghost Kitchen concept. It is a corner spot furthest from the dish area and daily reachin cooler but closest to the front doors. Can be combined with Station 2 for large scale food production. Accomodates up to 3 kitchen staff. Prices starting at $35/hour. Discounts available. Monthly Rates available.

Ghost Kitchen Rental
Fair Oaks Station 1 - $4000
a. Station 1 at Fair Oaks can be rearranged for your use and rented monthly. It currently rents for $35/hour or $25/hr for highest quantity hour plans.
b. At full time 40 hours per week, that would equal on average about 173 hours per month for Total of $4325. No commitments. Paid prior to use every month on the 5th of each month via Food corridor software and ACH or credit card on file. 2% fee for ACH and 4% fee for Credit Card.
c. $250 security deposit required.
d. Allowed to bring in own equipment, appliances and coolers.
e. Use of Entry Door for deliveries and pickup
